Wunderman Thompson bolsters its clients’ leadership team with two senior executive hires

Wunderman Thompson announced the appointment of Lizzie Snell as Managing Director and Jim Dyer as Head of Client Leadership as the agency expands its Client Leadership team.

Lizzie reports to Wunderman Thompson UK CEO Pip Hulbert and is responsible for managing customer leadership, delivery and operations across the business. Named Integrated Marketing Agency of the Year by Campaign Magazine, Lizzie will be a key driver in building integrated teams of experts in creative, CRM, data, technology, experience, social and commerce to deliver modern marketing. Lizzie will also oversee accounts such as Canon, Specsavers and Mercedes Benz Vans.

Most recently, Director of Customer Partnerships at global business transformation company Valtech, Lizzie was responsible for setting up the Customer Partnerships practice, identifying and building customer partnerships, scaling up transformation across a number of clients including Very Group, Kingfisher and Rail Delivery Group.

Prior to joining Valtech, Lizzie spent eight years at WPP, two years as managing director of agency Mirum and six years as head of client services at digital agency Possible, where she oversaw new business deals. , including Specsavers, Canon Europe and Mercedes Benz.

Jim Dyer, who reports to Lizzie Snell, joins as head of client management. Jim previously spent six years at Pulse Creative, News UK’s on-site communications agency, the first-ever integrated on-site agency, encompassing creative, planning, production and media for The Sun, The Times, talkTV, talkSport and Virgin Radio. . Jim has a history of producing award-winning work, including a D&AD pencil for The Times “Politics Tamed”, Creative Circle and DMA awards for The Times “Another Busy Year” and The Sunday Times Rich List. Prior to Pulse Creative, Jim spent a decade at Proximity London where he worked for The Economist, John Lewis and BBC TV Licensing, winning a DMA Grand Prix, Cannes Lions and two IPA Effectiveness Awards.
